Q. What email should I use to log in?
A. Any email address will work. Make sure to use an email address you check frequently; a receipt and any digital downloads will be sent to the email used to log in.
Q. Do I need to enter my Access Key in all caps?
A. No, access keys will work either way, caps and lower case.
Q. Will my package be shipped to my home?
A. If the order is placed by the ordering deadline, all packages will be sent to the school in approximately 2-3 weeks after the ordering deadline. If the order is placed after all packages have been delivered to the school, there will be a shipping fee so the package can be sent to the home address.
Q. The online ordering website is not loading, it just freezes, what should I do?
A. If you are using Internet Explorer or Safari (iPhone) as your browser please change to Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge or Firefox. Unfortunately, Internet Explorer or Safari are not compatible with our online ordering site.
Q. Do you do any type of retouching? For example, photoshop bruises, scratches, etc.
A. We do, please call the office to do the request, there might be a retouching fee added to your order.
Q. I am ordering a Collage, can I switch the poses around?
A. Yes, please call or email us specifying where and which poses you would like on your Collage or All About Me Collage.
Q. Will I be charged a late fee if I order on the day the orders are due?
A. No, orders received on the ordering deadline date will not be charged a late fee.
Q. How can I select the pose for my free item?
A. Click on “Customize” or the “pencil and paper icon” on your device to select the pose.
Q. Do you offer a sibling discount?
A. Yes, please email to info@fiestaphotography with your children’s names and we will issue you a coupon code for 25% off.
Q. Can I change a sheet size for one of the packages?
A. Unfortunately not. If you would like to choose the sheet sizes for your package, we recommend purchasing the Custom Package. Which allows you to choose your sheet sizes.
Q. I have 2 children, can I order both packages in 1 order?
A. Yes, you can place the order for both packages in 1 order. Log in to one access key, add the package wanted for that child and click on “Order for another”. Enter the second access key, add the package wanted for that child and checkout.
Q. Can I have my package shipped instead of having it delivered to the school?
A. Yes, there will be a $10.00 priority mail shipping fee added to your order. Please email your request to info@fiestaphotography.com
Q. If I purchase the Gold or Digital Package can I make prints from the digital downloads?
A. Yes, you will receive a release form which will allow you to print anywhere, anytime.
